Return Policy – 14 Days
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your candle to request a return.
Eligibility conditions
To be eligible, your candle must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return procedure
To start a return, please contact us at Support@thecandlesclub.com.
Returns must be sent to: Elderseweg 72, 3700 Tongeren, Belgium.
Return shipping costs
Unless the candle is defective, damaged, or if we made a mistake, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
If we provide you with a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
You may also arrange return shipping yourself using a tracked service.
⚠️ Candles returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the candle is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
In these cases, return costs are covered by us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the candle you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Right of withdrawal – European Union (14 days)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The candle must be unused, with labels, and in its original packaging.
According to EU law, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the candle is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at Support@thecandlesclub.com.
ℹ️ Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective candle or an error on our part.
